• You must be at least 13 years old to use our platform. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
• You may not use our platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purposes.

Course content includes video lessons, interactive exercises, assignments, and live or recorded sessions with teachers. Access is granted upon successful enrolment and payment processing. Course content is for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Attend scheduled lessons and complete assignments as outlined in your course curriculum.
• Communicate respectfully with teachers and other students.
• Provide honest feedback and participate actively in learning activities.
• Inform us of any technical issues that may affect your learning experience.

• Course prices are displayed in LKR and are subject to change without notice.
• Enrolment may require approval from instructors or our admin team.
• Some courses may have prerequisites or language level requirements.
• Special promotions and discounts are valid for a limited time and may be subject to additional terms.

• Payment is required before accessing course materials and attending lessons.
• We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout.
• All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party processors.
• You authorise us to charge the total course amount, including applicable taxes.
• We do not store your complete payment details on our servers.

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of course enrolment.
• Refunds are available if you have attended less than 25% of scheduled lessons.
• No refunds after completing more than 25% of the course content.
• Refunds exclude payment processing fees and may take 5–10 business days.
• You may request to transfer to a different course or teacher within 7 days of enrolment.

• All content on our platform — text, videos, images, logos, course materials — is protected by intellectual property rights.
• Content is owned by Speak Global Academy, our teachers, or licensed third parties.
• You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without explicit written permission.
• You retain ownership of any original work you create as part of your coursework.

You agree not to:

• Use offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language in any communications.
• Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against other users or teachers.
• Share inappropriate content not related to language learning.
• Attempt to hack or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use our platform for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

In no event shall Speak Global Academy, its directors, employees, teachers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or participation in our courses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course in question.

• You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your access to course materials may be restricted, though completed certificates will remain valid.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
