Thank you for choosing Speak Global Academy for your language learning journey. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best online learning experience possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your course enrolment, we are here to help.

Course Returns & Eligibility

We accept refund requests within 14 days of course enrolment. To be eligible:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your initial enrolment date.
  • You must have attended less than 25% of the total scheduled lessons.
  • The course must not have been significantly accessed beyond the trial period.
  • All downloaded course materials must be in their original, unmodified condition.

Refund Process

Once we receive and verify your request, we will notify you within 2–3 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • The refund amount will exclude payment processing fees (typically 2–3% of the course fee).
  • If you used a promotional discount, the refund is calculated based on the amount you actually paid.
  • Bank transfer and international transaction fees are non-refundable.

Course Exchanges & Transfers

Contact our support team within 7 days of enrolment to request a transfer. We can assist with:

  • Transferring to a different language course of equal or lower value.
  • Switching to a different teacher or class schedule (subject to availability).
  • Moving from group classes to private lessons or vice versa.
  • Upgrading to a higher-tier course (additional payment may be required).

Non-Refundable Items & Services

  • Gift certificates and vouchers — once purchased, non-refundable for cash.
  • Downloadable course materials (PDFs, audio files, digital resources) that have been accessed.
  • Personalised or custom-made lesson plans designed for individual students.
  • Completed courses where you have attended more than 25% of lessons.
  • Certification fees for official language proficiency certificates.
  • One-on-one consultation sessions that have been completed.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Additional time may be required depending on your payment provider:
